My name is Mani Victor, and I 💚 founding. As the founder of the brand afrodeutschegruender.de and a founding member and founding board member of the Association of Afrodeutscher Gründer eV, I work tirelessly to make the German start-up scene more diverse and inclusive.
But my commitment goes further: As founder and owner of the still young brand afrodeutschestartups.de, I am actively building a network and a contact point for everyone who is interested in the topic of founding a company and who lacks support and information.
My vision
A startup scene in which people of all backgrounds and colors have the same chances and opportunities to realize their dreams and where innovation and inventiveness can flourish.
My drive
The experiences I have had as an Afro-German founder. I know the challenges you face when you are "different". But I also know the incredible potential that lies within all of us.
my goal
With afrodeutschegruender.de and the Association of Afrodeutscher Gründer eV, I am creating a platform on which Afrodeutscher founders can truly network, support and strengthen each other.
